The energy savings depends on many factors, such as the existing glass type, existence of overhangs, your location (climate), any shading (trees, bushes), thermostat settings, and energy rates in your area. However my manufacture states that on average most houses and buildings can get between 5-15% savings depending on film selection.

However, our film manufacture does provide a 36 month coverage for seal failure and a 60 month coverage for any thermal shock fractures as long as your current windows are under warranty.
